Comprised of 85 homes located just west of the Town of Irmo, Southwell Subdivision is a relatively small subdivision whose residents and guest enjoy its quiet Southern Charm.

The Southwell Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation composed of its 85 Class A member/owners (one vote for each member/lot).  A Board of Directors, created to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of its residential lots and common areas. Its Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) are designed to promote the health, safety and welfare of its residents and guests. Annual meetings and community events promote a sense of connectedness and empower its members. Its affairs are managed by a five-member Board of Directors.
